At ARTISTIT, we specialize in providing high-quality digital STL files for 3D printing. Because our products are digital, we do not ship any physical goods.

  • Instant Digital Delivery: Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link for your STL files.

  • No Shipping Fees: Since there is no physical delivery, there are no shipping costs associated with your order.

  • Global Availability: Our digital products are available for download worldwide. You do not need to provide a physical shipping address at checkout for digital items.

  • Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your download email within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact our support team at info@artist-it.com with your order number, and we will manually resend the file.

Note: By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you have the necessary 3D printing software (Slicer) and hardware to use our digital STL files.
