What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee. If any design or product contains any issue, contact us at info@artist-it.com to start a return.

What is the size of the wheels?

Our wheels are scaled 1/24 and 1/64. The 1/24 scale wheels are 20mm in diameter and 13mm in width, while the 1/64 scale wheels are 7.5mm in diameter and 4.8mm in width. You can scale them to any size you need with your slicer.

How do I get the files after purchase?

Once you enter your email at checkout, our website will automatically send the files to your email after the payment process is completed.
